Side Menu - Help Me (mobile)

The Help Me tab in the mobile Side Menu allows you to submit a support ticket to Lilypad's Client Services team.  You can also manually create a new account that you can't find within your distributor's account universe, submit a feature request, or search Lilypad's knowledge base documentation.   



Add New Account

If you're unable to find an account in an Account Search screen or the Account Map, tap the Add New Account button to manually create a new account.  Follow the steps in the doc below to add a new account:


Mobile App Issue

If you're reporting a bug (functionality that is not working properly), tap the Mobile App Issue option and include the following information to expedite the resolution process for you and your team:

  • Subject - This will be the title of the email sent to the Client Services team.  Please add a few details to differentiate this ticket from others.  If the Client Services team notices several support tickets with similar subjects from different clients, they can easily spot a new known issue and get to a quicker resolution. 
  • Description - Include recent examples and detailed steps to reproduce the issue.  Sometimes, a bug is not clear from a screen shot alone.  Detailed steps showing how to reproduce the bug avoid any confusion and can help the team resolve the issue quicker.  
  • FULL Screen shots or Video - Include full screen shots or a video (if you need to show going from one screen to another).  Full pics give more context than partial pics and can help avoid any confusion.  
  • Tap the Send button in the upper right corner of the screen to submit your ticket. 
  • **NOTE:  You can also use the "Mobile App Issue" option to ask general questions about Lilypad.  


Feature Request

If you'd like to submit a new idea for us to create a new feature or enhance an existing feature in the Lilypad CRM mobile app or the web version of Lilypad, tap the Feature Request button.  Please include a short business case (a few sentences) to describe how this feature request could improve the Lilypad experience for you and your team.

Tapping the Lilypad Documentation button will navigate you outside of the Lilypad CRM mobile app to our knowledge base of self-help articles.  Here, you can find documentation on the Lilypad mobile app, web app, Getting Started guides, and FAQs.
