My Calendar (planner)

The My Calendar tab shows all planned activity as colored dots for a quick view on a user's planned day. Tap the Information "i" icon in the upper left corner of the calendar for a legend that defines each colored dot. A date on the calendar can be clicked on to see what activity was planned for that day.

A user can add any of the following planner items by clicking the plus (+) sign in the top right corner of the screen:

  • Visit
  • Follow Up
  • Event
  • Out Of Office

Creating New Calendar Items

  • If the Category Type is tied to a specific account, search for and select the account. If this is not tied to a specific account, skip this step as it is not applicable.
    • **NOTE:  The Account field is optional for Events, and does not exist for Out Of Office.
  • Set the date and time of the scheduled planner item.
  • Enter the duration.
  • Recurring items can be saved as daily, weekly or monthly.
  • Choose when to be reminded of the upcoming planner item.  This can be turned off.
  • Add any optional notes about the planner item.
  • If the box for “Sync with Device Calendar” is checked, this will copy the planner item from the Lilypad planner, into the default calendar on the device (Examples: Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook Calendar, etc.).
  • Once all required fields have been filled in, click “Create Item” to add it to the planner in Lilypad.
  • Tapping on a day with one or more dots will reveal a list beneath the calendar that shows items planned for that day (in chronological order).
  • If a calendar item in the list beneath the calendar is tied to an account, tapping on it will take you to the account's profile page.  From here, you can start an activity, task, placement, or view information about this account.
  • Sliding left on any calendar item in the list beneath the calendar will reveal buttons to allow you to Edit or Delete the item.
