Can I have an Account deleted from Lilypad?

A: This answer depends on the type of connection your org has with Lilypad. If the Account is being reported from VIP or any other non-cloud connection - the Account cannot be deleted by Lilypad support. That must come from the data supplier. If your org has a Cloud connection, or manually entered Account, that can be deleted by Lilypad.
